This was the only time we had sold a property in 30 years. Deb's interpersonal skills are excellent, always seeking to understand which gave us confidence in her ability. When we first met, while deciding on an agent to sell our property, Deb struck us with her warmth, keen desire to understand our needs and when necessary, respectfully challenging us on our thinking and expectations. In reality, she saw our property's virtues and guided the photographer's and videographer's focus, highlighting our strengths from entrance to water. Throughout this process, she shared her thoughts, sought our feedback and when necessary challenged us.
