Brent was absolutely fantastic with the sale of my current home, as well as instrumental in helping me find another property. A seamless and focused experience. I've had other dealings with Brent previously, and he continued to demonstrate the warmth, professionalism, and genuine "old fashioned" service. He is very friendly and approachable, and took his time to ensure that I had a thorough understanding of the process - especially given that there was an unforeseen challenge with Conveyancing in the background. Brent, nor anyone at Coastal Property Sales, were responsible for the "hiccup" that occurred, but all of them went above and beyond to keep me up to date frequently. I know that they authentically cared about the outcome and what it meant for me, and were always straight-forward which helped enormously at keeping my stress levels down! I didn't ever feel pressured to make decisions, and the information and support that I received was very reassuring. Brent was very mindful about meeting my needs as a Purchaser as well my needs as a Vendor at the same time. Other agents I have dealt with in the past have always seemed to have mismanaged the balance of these types of transactions - and the complexity often involved. He made it all appear so simple, which is a testament to his experience and success within the industry. Oh, and I also have note that he is one of the very few Agents I've ever worked with who actually returns your calls! There is no way that I would ever hesitate in recommending Brent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional Agent. To be honest, I need to also flag that Judy and Andrea at Coastal were amazing in my recent dealings. They all operate as an impressive and legitimate team. Absolutely a ten out of ten experience, and can't rate them more highly.
