Dave Whyte employed Dan's expertise and commitment to selling my home which posed challenges in a very competitive market. In saying that though,Dan showed exceptional understanding and was very resolute in achieving the desired result and putting my needs first at all times. We had an objective to not only acquire the sale but achieve a price beyond market expectations. The diligence shown by Dan and on going support to not only achieve a good result but also keep me informed through the whole process is a testament to Dan's character in general.

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase process. ....... even met with a bottle of Champagne on move in day. Professional to the last, great knowledge of local common law legislations, follow up and negotiation support was exceptional. I would use Dan as my agent as a vendor or purchaser again any day. Many thanks Dan.

We found Dan Lal to be very professional and knowledgeable right from the start of our negotiations. He was always punctual and set about selling our home immediately. The result was that our home was sold in record time at a very good price, settled promptly and everyone involved very happy. We would recommend Dan to everyone planning the sale of their home.
