Mario assisted us with the sale of our unit, and he impressed from the moment we were introduced to him. I cannot speak highly enough of his dedication to providing customer service, outstanding communication, and going the extra mile to ensure a smooth selling process and successful result. Due to our geographical distance from the property, we were concerned about attempting renovations and managing the selection and access of tradespeople. Mario stepped up to the challenge admirably, arranging multiple quotes, recommendations, and being present early in the morning and late in the afternoon to allow tradespeople entry, to lock up, and to inspect their work and report back to us. Mario's greatest strength is his communication. He made himself readily available to answer any questions we had, and took a very methodical approach to assisting us with our decision making. Mario has extensive years of experience and knowledge in real estate and is very good at constantly reassessing scenarios, looking at all options and then communicating that information. He is prepared to provide advice, but also respects the vendor's opinions and wishes. His approachable demeanor also translated well in negotiations with buyers. Mario is a genuine asset to any property transaction.
