As a house seller it can be stressful dealing with an agent who’s not a great communicator, however having previously met Nik during the sale of a nearby property, I realised this wouldn’t be an issue for me. Early in the process Nik worked out a clear and transparent communication plan for us and it worked successfully. He was clear at all times and let me know where I stood. His self motivation was also impressive. He knew the local market and understood my position.
