I had a home I was trying to sell in Mornington with another Real Estate agent for around six months with no success. He is easy to chat with and provides regular feedback on what is occurring so you are never left wondering what is occurring. I've dealt with Real Estate agents a few times selling properties and Mark is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. His knowledge of the market is incredible and his ability to negotiate a great sale price is impressive. After six months of non results, Mark took over the property and after a couple of weeks of making the changes he recommended to the property, he literally achieved a sale within the first week the home was on the market at a price above what I was expecting. I can't recommend him highly enough.
