Joel was always quick to respond to all our questions, one of his strong points during the sale was communication, a call was always returned when promised. His communication was proactive and clear throughout the process. Our purchasing of the home had the potential to be very stressful due to ill health but Joel facilitated a stress free environment that ensured a smooth and successful experience. We first met Joel when he was pounding the footpath and we were in the middle of constructing a retaining wall out the front of our house.
