We had been looking at properties through several different agencies with cheque in hand (had sold our Sydney home), so we were ready to buy. All the agents with the exception of Adam made commitments but never followed through. We had been prepared to offer over $25K higher on 2 properties but both agents didn't get back to the seller and went with the lower bidders. Adam was different even though he represented the seller, he followed through each time, even when the sellers left a mess for us to clean he told us not to worry and turned up to take away the rubbish and I mean paints, oil, car battery, boxes etc etc. Not many agents I don't believe would intervene and help after the sale and why you can't go past Adam to either sell or purchase with his agencies assistance.
