From the beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and always made the time to answer my questions, no matter how many times I texted or called. The whole process was so smooth. Tim was always quick to respond, efficient and genuinely helpful, and I always felt like I knew what was happening throughout the purchase. What really stood out to me was the personal effort he made. My mum lives interstate and couldn’t be here to see the property, so Tim even took the time to make a professional video, personally introducing my new purchase to her. It was such a thoughtful touch and something both Mum and I really appreciated. Tim genuinely went above and beyond and made buying my new home a really positive and exciting experience.
