Ian was super helpful during the whole process of selling my property right from the start. Ian was very easy to talk to and very approachable when it came to any questions or concerns I had while selling my house. Ian always made sure that I as the seller felt as though I was in control all while giving great advice and support during the sales process. I recently decided to sell my home and a friend of mine recommended Liam Hopkins as a selling agent. Liam was excellent to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he always keep in contact with the latest updates. My home was sold before it went to market, and I got the asking price I was after, thanks to Liam. I found Liam to be a highly professional, hard working and honest agent and have great respect for how he conducted himself through my interactions with him. Liam was always available, regularly touched base and provided updates to ensure I was aware of the his actions in the sake of my property. Liam managed to sell the property at a price much higher than I had anticipated which was excellent for me as the seller. I have also had the pleasure of buying a property for which Liam was the agent and he was just as accomodating and professional from both perspectives. I would highly recommend Liam to other buyers and sellers, and have done so already.

Mark's initial meeting with us was friendly and open, when we discussed our initial asking price, he did not refute it, but encouraged us to ask what we wanted. That ended up being a mistake and when he gave us knowledge of the prices in the area a couple of months later, we dropped the price and then got more enquiries. As we were quite keen to sell, we agreed to an auction, this was attended by nobody due to Covid restrictions, so advertising and organised for nothing. We were not offered another day when restrictions were lifted and then had to drop the price again. Taleah and Vanessa came every weekend for open houses and were encouraging us all along, but very frustrated with our selling price in the end
