Taleah did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process of buying a my investment property.

Mark's initial meeting with us was friendly and open, when we discussed our initial asking price, he did not refute it, but encouraged us to ask what we wanted. That ended up being a mistake and when he gave us knowledge of the prices in the area a couple of months later, we dropped the price and then got more enquiries. As we were quite keen to sell, we agreed to an auction, this was attended by nobody due to Covid restrictions, so advertising and organised for nothing. We were not offered another day when restrictions were lifted and then had to drop the price again. Taleah and Vanessa came every weekend for open houses and were encouraging us all along, but very frustrated with our selling price in the end

Harcourts were excellent to deal with. They provided fast responses from the team via both phone and email which made the buying process very easy.
