The process was not all smooth sailing with different buyers and hiccups along the way, however Chris has exceptional communication skills, even when he has to convey uncomfortable information. In the end, I believe he achieved a very favourable outcome for all involved. Above all, Chris is an extraordinary negotiator and when you’re dealing with such an important transaction, this is what you pay for. If it were possible, I wouldn’t ever use anyone else.
