I remember I had so many questions and Sunny took his time to explain all of them even the stupid ones as well. He encouraged me to go for auctions so as to get a first hand experience and gave me tips as to how should I pitch my offer. After I liked one of the properties, he helped me to put an offer and once the offer got accepted, then Sunny took over and introduced me to a conveyancer and then both of them handled all the paper work. Im so grateful that I came across Sunny or I would have been still looking for a home as a first home buyer.
