doesn't muck around, i like the transparency

We have refinanced our mortgage with Miso at the start of this year and have since purchased another property, with a third in the process. Miso is great at helping us secure the financing we need and I’m sure getting us the best interest rate. Would highly recommend.

Warm, transparent with fantastic communication

Professional, organised and flexible when we needed it.

I cannot recommend Travis Love and his team highly enough. When dealing with the biggest financial decisions you make in your life, Travis fully supports you and holds your hand through the whole process. He and his team are always available to answer any questions - even after hours, making what could be a very stressful time feel easy.

Such an easy stress free process for our loan approval with Travis and Karen at Infinity

Dean got us into our first investment house the level of communication knowledge about the whole process was second to none. He kept us in the loot with every little step along the way and made us feel at ease with the whole process

Dean is professional, a clear communicator and able to set achievable goals making us feel confident about our future financial direction.

An outstanding finance broker with exceptional communication skills, a warm and friendly approach with superb knowledge of the industry. No question too hard, Dean is always professional, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to perform quick and effective work to ensure smooth transitions for us during paperwork deadlines. We are lucky to have him on our team!

I had a great experience working with Mo and his team throughout my finance application process. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I’m very happy with the final outcome. I highly recommend Mo to anyone looking for reliable and excellent financial advice. Thank you again for all your help!

Mo Kazel made what I thought was going to be a stressful process surprisingly straightforward. He helped me refinance my home loan and also guided me through purchasing my first investment property, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the start, Mo was easy to deal with, honest, and always available when I had questions. He explained everything clearly without all the banking jargon, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like just another client. He genuinely took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and worked hard to find the right loan structure for both my refinance and investment purchase. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who knows his stuff, communicates well, and actually cares about getting the best result for his clients, I'd happily recommend Mo Kazel. I'll definitely be using him again for my next property purchase.

Same as above. Very satisfied with the service we've been getting and definitely recommend to others.

Being our first purchase that was in another state and not our primary residence, we had a lot of questions and needed heaps of help along the way. Ashlen was able to help with all our questions and is super responsive.

Ashlen is a highly professional and driven individual who has been outstanding in clearly explaining the entire process and has been there the entire journey and assisting with the process.

Highly recommend Ashlen as from start to finish she had out best interest at heart and made the process easy to understand. She was fantastic at navigating our multiple, non‑standard income streams to support our serviceability. Ashlen truly fought for us, negotiating with the lender and ensuring we were well represented at every stage. Absolutely thrilled to have our loan approved—couldn’t have done it without her!

Nothing was a problem, great service.

Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Made everything simple, kept us informed, and achieved a great outcome. Highly recommend!

Very transparent through out the process, Neha has a clear understanding of the process, end to end.
