Kate always goes above and beyond for all her customers. This is the second time I have worked with Kate and if I ever need to use her in the future I would without any hesitation. Her attention to detail is one in a million and she will always do anything to help her customers. Thank you again Kate!

We had a fantastic experience working with Fiona, she was highly professional, and knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. All our questions were clearly answered and she went above and beyond to secure us our home loan. We highly recommend her services.

Dean has been an absolute pleasure to work with and have as a broker, I have dealt with many brokers who sell you all the dreams and what can, but not many deliver on that dream. I can say that Dean went above and beyond for me and my wife. He constantly kept us informed and supported along the way, he was super fast with the forms and the steps to get our loan approved. Dean is very knowledgeable and very professional he truly has your goal at his fore front when brokering your loan. Its not about the payout for Dean it truly is about making sure that you have the right product for your goals and future goals. Thank you Dean and his team :)

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and approachable financial expert, I highly recommend Gillian at Ruby finance. She truly made a positive impact on our financial well-being. Working with Gillian has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine client care enabling us to purchase our third home. She takes the time to understand your goals, explain every step clearly, and offer valuable insights that make even complex decisions feel manageable. Thanks to Gillian, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

We recently refinanced our home and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Coby was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — professional, transparent, and genuinely committed to getting us the best possible outcome. She took the time to explain every step clearly (as we split our loan in order to purchase our first investment) and made it feel smooth and easy. We felt supported and confident the whole way through! Highly recommend!!!
