My wife and I got in touch with Natalie as we were in a bit of a tricky situation with our finances. I’m retired, 72 years old and my wife, a 64 year old casual aged care worker. Within the last 12 months we took out a mortgage for $100,000 to assist with some household expenses caused by two cyclones 12 months apart and to consolidate our credit cards. Although that mortgage was supposed to ease our financial situation, it didn’t seem to ease the stress of our money matters. So I thought I’d give Natalie a call. Both my wife and I have known Natalie for quite a number of years, even before she was married and became the mother of her three beautiful children. We have watched Natalie grow up in the financial industry from day one and now being the very successful business person as she is today. Therefore, for me, it was an easy decision to make to call Natalie and seek her guidance for what she could recommend to us to set us up in a future. After confirming with Natalie our intentions to go with the Reverse Mortgage, her team got down to business and although it was over the Christmas and New Year period, we were able to have our loan approved, documented, signed, witnessed (Solicitor), booked and settled all within two weeks. It is no wonder Natalie was nominated for Business Person of the year.

For many years I believed I was better off to deal with banks myself but I'm now fully and absolutely converted to Birdie Wealth. Every 6 months (without having to be asked), Natalie goes back to your lender to endeavour to negotiate a better interest rate and on many occasions they are successful. I'm 100% converted and will never be negotiating with a bank directly again. Whether it be for myself or family or friends, I genuinely have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Natalie and her team.
