Mortgage brokers in Reservoir, VIC, 3073

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Strategic Brokers. Purchasing my first investment property was a significant milestone, and Jay and his team's professionalism and extensive industry experience gave me the confidence to make a well-informed decision. His team ensured the financial structure was sound and tailored to my needs. The entire process was seamless, objectively-guided, and educational. I'm optimistic that this purchase will not be my first and last. I look forward to working with Strategic Brokers again.

“I’m self-employed, so getting approved for a mortgage can be tricky. My broker worked incredibly hard to find lenders who understood my situation and presented strong options. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were proactive in solving any issues. Truly outstanding service.”

Holly has been incredibly supportive during both of our property purchases. She genuinely cares, goes the extra mile in getting the best loan possible for you, and has your best interest at heart. We appreciate all of your help, thank you Holly.

Jason was recommended to us by a friend, and as nervous first home buyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He handled all of our questions with ease and explained everything in a really straightforward, no-nonsense way, which we appreciated so much throughout the process. When it came to the purchase, he gave us great context around our deposit, stamp duty and surplus funds, and even went as far as creating a little screen-share video to help us properly understand everything. It made what felt like a pretty overwhelming process so much easier to wrap our heads around. Jason also recommended some fantastic people for us to work with, including a buyer’s advocate and conveyancer, both of whom were amazing. We really can’t speak highly enough of the experience we had with Jason. Thank you again. We’ll absolutely be coming back to you in the future.

He is a great communicator who is patient and responsive. He was generous with his time and provided us with advice that made the process much easier. As FHBs we could not recommend Sam's services more.

Dayne is amazing. Efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!

Faraz helped me make the best, most comfortable decision for my personal financial circumstance and I would not be in the gorgeous home I’m in without that guidance. Faraz always found the time to talk to me even though I know he would have been so busy. While it was definitely not an expectation of mine, he worked after hours to ensure I had all the information I needed before going in to auction and was a great support throughout the whole buying journey even with all my silly questions being a first home buyer. I was so excited to give him a call when I snagged my dream property! Thanks for everything, Faraz.
