Holly Bertsos

It’s rare to come across someone like Holly, who combines such exceptional professionalism, genuine integrity and an unwavering commitment to their clients. From beginning to end, Holly went above and beyond to secure us an outstanding deal, navigating numerous challenges along the way with remarkable determination, patience and expertise. Her communication was exceptional. We were kept informed every step of the way, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, always demonstrating honesty, transparency and a genuine commitment to achieving the very best outcome for us. Her team, (Brooke, Jessica & Shannon) all deserve equal recognition for their professionalism, efficiency and support throughout the entire process. What impressed us most wasn’t simply the fantastic result, but the integrity and dedication with which it was achieved. We couldn’t be more appreciative of everything Holly and her team have done for us. An exceptional experience from start to finish, and a team we would highly recommend without hesitation.

I had a fantastic experience with Niche Finance. From the very beginning, the team made the refinancing process simple, straightforward and stress-free. They were professional, approachable and always available to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I felt genuinely supported from start to finish. They made the whole experience so much easier than I expected and achieved a great outcome for me. I would definitely recommend Niche Finance to anyone looking at refinancing. Excellent service, great communication and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

Couldn’t recommend Niche Finance highly enough! They worked within a very tight timeframe to help me secure an investment property through my SMSF before the lending rules changed. They liaised with my buyer’s agent and conveyancer, always advocated for me and made the whole process so much easier. I’ve used Niche Finance before and will definitely use them again.

The team at Niche have been our brokers for several years now, we have just completed another refinance with them & could not recommend more highly. We will always continue to work with the Niche Team for all our future endeavors.

This was my second time having the team at Niche help me with a home loan. These guys are second to none. If you’re not using Niche your doing it all wrong.
