Ashlen was awesome to deal with! She helped us refinance our home loan and pull out equity for our next property. Super easy process, really professional, and super quick — couldn’t recommend her more!

Simon and his team have provided exceptional service to me for more than 10 years, across multiple property purchases, financing and refinancing. What sets Simon apart is that he is genuinely easy to deal with: approachable, professional, proactive and highly knowledgeable, without ever being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, find better options, and make what can be a complicated process remarkably straightforward. Simon has also been generous with his advice and has connected me with excellent professionals in areas where he couldn’t directly help. Over the years, his advice has saved me many thousands of dollars and, just as importantly, given me confidence that I’m making the right financial decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and his team.
