Beck was absolutely amazing. I am incredibly grateful for not only the way she did her job (which was brilliant) but the way she interacted with me and supported me in an area I knew nothing about. I cannot stress enough, how fortunate I was that someone passed on her number. Right from the start, Beck was always honest, fun and patient. She stayed in regular contact and never made me feel that I was pestering her or asking dumb questions (which I did a lot of!). Looking for a home and all that it entails was a very stressful thing for me but Beck helped me understand so much, in a practical way that made more sense to me.
