James was so helpful at explaining the whole process to people who have no idea how to buy a house, he got evaluations of any houses we were looking at and sent them over so fast ahead of the inspections, he constantly checked in and took our phone calls pretty much whenever, if any glitch came up he was straight on it to sort it out.
