Phil was absolutely amazing to deal with! The refinance was so quick, easy and completely stress-free from start to finish. His communication was fantastic, he was always responsive, and he secured us a very competitive rate. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough!

Phil was friendly, proactive and knowledgeable. He understood what was needed and addressed challenges with ease. Buying our place was full of speed bumps, twists and turns and got pretty stressful at times. But Phil made all the difference. He was reliable, knew his stuff, and his communication was exceptional. He kept in touch regularly, answered questions fast, and always knew a way forward, no matter how tricky things got. Thanks to him, we crossed the line and now have our family home. If you’re looking for someone who cares, works hard, and actually sees things through, I’d happily recommend Phil.
