Mr YP is an excellent, highly competitive and client centric mortgage agent. We had a complex case. I am PR but my wife is on 309 visa. We both were working on casual basis in Sydney. Had only 10 percent deposit but not genuine one. We finally managed to purchased our home in Melbourne without paying stamp duty as an owner occupier despite of having no job/offers in Melbourne and working in Sydney.
