We have had such a positive experience working with Chathurika and the Infinity team. From the beginning, Chathurika has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and supportive. She took the time to properly understand our situation and helped us work through a lending structure that had been set up by a previous broker without us fully understanding the implications. The Infinity team identified the issues, explained everything clearly and then worked through the process of restructuring and fixing everything for us. Chathurika was prompt in her attention to my file and explained what the process was for completing the refinance and equity release for purchasing my investment property. She also explained how it was possible to achieve what I wanted, who I would be banking with and sharing information as necessary. She answered all my questions and concerns. She is but one person in a team of people managing my file and I have had numerous emails and contacts from several people in the infinity team to ensure all my documents were efficiently done.
