As a first home buyer, I wanted a mortgage broker who would help me from the scratch. Sunny was extremely helpful and supportive throughout this journey. He is very competent in the work that he does. He is very humble, down to earth and empathetic. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the client has got the clear understanding of the whole process which is a very important aspect for first time buyers. My whole journey (loan application and settlement)took less than 60 days so you can imagine how prompt he was 😊. He is very approachable and helps you to clear the doubts by giving you the honest opinions which is very rare these days🙂. Overall, I am very happy and extremely satisfied how Sunny handled my loan application process and was there with me until my settlement. I appreciate the fact that he was just a phone call away whenever I needed his opinions even with the property selection. I would definitely recommend him if anyone like me who is unknown of the real estate world and wants a genuine person to take you through it.
