Very professional , great communicator , great team! very impressed.

Pukhraj and her team have been amazing making a daunting task so easy. The teams communication has been brilliant making the process so simple. Very impressed!

Itchus was willing to answer our calls and question at any point of the day or night, the second we had an issue he had answer. He made the process extremely easy and we had to worry about almost nothing because of good Itchus is at his job. Itchus worked day and night even when we sprung things on him he would drop everything and attend to us, I couldn’t recommend him more if you want the best home loan you can get while also the process being stress free there is no better option than Itchus.

The process of re-mortgaging with Ichtus was incredibly smooth. His communication and personal service was excellent. He took the time to understand our situation so that he could best meet our needs, presented us with options, gave us guidance on the best option to choose, all the while communicating with us every step of the way. We could not be happier with the process and already other family members have worked with him based on recommendations. He will definitely receive other clients from our family and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
