Ashlen encouraged me to find a property I liked. Within a week I had found and made an offer, and moved in 30 days later. Efficient with her communication and set ups with the banking products. In a market I was in, watching the prices continually rise, with so many offers on each property, I didn’t think it was going to be so quick and pain free. I am over 50 and feared the banks would make securing a loan difficult. With Ashlen it wasn’t the case.
