Ashlen is an asset to the Infinity Team

Ashlen is incredibly responsive and always available when the process inevitably goes over my head and I just need someone to talk me through it in everyday language. Finances are definitely not my jam, but Ashlen has a way of making everything feel simple and helping me understand exactly what we’re doing and why. I always feel supported every step of the way. I also know how relentlessly she works behind the scenes to get our loans approved. She has everything covered months in advance — probably because she knows by now that she’ll need to gently remind me a few times to send through my payslips! This is now the sixth loan Ashlen has helped our family with, which really says it all. I trust her completely and always feel like we’re in very safe hands with her.
