Let me start by saying the first time we sought out Belinda we were already of the mind set that purchasing a second home was unachievable based on another brokers advice. Belinda somehow made it happen and got the ball rolling quickly! This time around we decided on a health check due to interest rates dropping and our finances being in a better place after returning to work an extra day from Mat leave. Not only have we managed to borrow more for renovations, but are now still paying less on both properties. Belinda drove an hour on a Saturday to go through the paperwork and finalise everything.
