This is the second time that we have utilised Smart Mortgage Services. Belinda proved to be communicative and very helpful, we knew that we were again in safe hands. She took us through the (sometimes) painful process of applying for a mortgage, this time using the equity of the investment home we already own and dealing with all the tax implications that went with it. She advocated on our behalf with the bank and made sure that our requirements were met and as a result we now own a home we are living in.
