My partner and I initially started the process with Bendigo Bank, who promised us pre-approval within two weeks. Unfortunately, instead of receiving our pre-approval, we were met with ongoing requests for additional documentation and delayed responses. This went on for four months, from January until April, and the experience became incredibly stressful and frustrating. That’s when we decided to contact Brooke and she achieved in one week what the bank couldn’t deliver in four months! Brooke helped us navigate a complicated and difficult mortgage situation.
