Often, she was thinking of things I hadn't even considered for myself; things I never realised a mortgage broker would ever be thinking of! It felt like she was generous with her time, advice and support and always ready to answer my questions or explain things, even if for the fourth time. I really felt she listened to me and what I was wanting and looking for, and did her very best to help me in this. It really felt like her experienced and skilled work made finding the right finance simple and streamlined. It seemed against the odds but she helped me reach my dream property purchase!
