Christie recently completed our quite complicated refinance of 3 properties. She raised tax and strategic issues for us to consider that neither our accountant nor previous broker had raised. She spotted issues in the documents issued by the bank that I would not have picked up, and got them fixed before I'd even opened the documents. There are many brokers out there, but there are not many who have Christie's depth of experience, warmth, and her proactive and strategic approach.
