We refinanced our home loan with Christie recently and had a really good experience - we would very happily recommend Christie. From the initial call (with Piera), which included explaining to first time home buyers some veeeery basic concepts to the last minute of a (three times!) delayed settlement, they were there with us doing an excellent job and we felt very supported. Piera was outstanding (and so quick!) providing mortgage options, helping with decision-making and answering my many questions. Then Christie took over with the paperwork and dealt not only with a picky bureaucrat but vendor delays and tricky settlements.
