We first came into contact with Darren back in 2016 when he helped us through the process of buying our first home which took all the stress away and made it easy to comprehend. Darren is very professional and has a great knowledge of of the market and more recently has helped us navigate all the current interest rises from the banks and also helped us refinance in which we got a better interest rate locked on a a good percent. Darren takes a lot of the stress out away from the interactions as he is very approachable and makes sure you understand what is happening by taking the time to explain it all. Darren is excellent in communicating and very flexible in meeting times to discuss any questions or get documents signed etc which was very much appreciated and made life easier.
