If there was an option for more stars, we’d choose it. Every step when dealing with Darren and his staff is simply explained and easy to complete. I literally didn’t need to leave the house to do anything. He really does the hard work for you & you reap the rewards. Nothing is too much trouble, and Darren is very available to his clients and always happy to help with anything that you need along the way. He got us a reduction in interest rate with our lender whilst we were waiting to refinance, then got us a great rate with our new lender, plus a bonus from the bank that we weren’t expecting!
