Refinanced my home loan through Mortage Broker - Dougal Williams. Throughout the process Dougal was cordial, informative and professional. Made a tedious process swift, much appreciated!

Dougal and Simon made the impossible possible. I can’t recommend them enough. After being referred onto Simon, We approached them earlier this year with next to no deposit and 2 outback blocks and were told by many other mortgage brokers that what we wanted to do was impossible. After months of back and forth, a lot of patience, Dougal, with the help of Simon had our finance approved well within the required timeframe for the real estate. Being a property interstate in a tiny town of 70, we challenged them at every turn. Communication was always clear and direct. Always available to speak with, no matter the time of day. And even still makes themselves available when my husband calls spontaneously for advice. They went above and beyond to help us and we will be forever grateful. We recommend them to everyone and anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
