I spoke to a few different brokers before finding Dougal, and after that first conversation I had with him, I knew he was the broker for us. Dougal tells it like it is but also doesn't make you feel silly for asking a heap of questions. He is very understanding, easy to get along with and being able to have a laugh with you during such a stressful time is always a bonus. As first home buyers, he made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, kept us updated every step of the way and celebrated the milestones with us. For the second time, Dougal made the impossible possible. I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. Earlier this year, we approached Dougal with no deposit, a few personal assets, one outback home and two outback blocks and were told by multiple brokers that what we wanted to achieve simply wasn’t possible.
