I had no idea how to buy a house

So, moving forward into a buying a property was terrifying. This was to be our first home and Dougal (and everyone else involved) couldn't have made it easier. He took the time to explain things to us, was professional in every aspect of the sale and generally just a pleasure to work with. He was excellent with responses, reliable when we needed him and he was able to navigate any hurdle that was thrown at him during the sale. He was always clear about what needed to happen next and who we had to contact to keep the ball rolling. He has a vast knowledge of the market and is more than happy to take the time out of the day to answer any questions we had for him. I can't thank him enough for making this possible. I can honestly say that if anyone close to me is looking to buy property I'll be sending them towards Dougal first. He's been supportive, understanding and generally just a powerhouse to have in your corner.
