Amazing support from first chat to settlement!

I spoke to a few different brokers before finding Dougal, and after that first conversation I had with him, I knew he was the broker for us. Dougal tells it like it is but also doesn't make you feel silly for asking a heap of questions. He is very understanding, easy to get along with and being able to have a laugh with you during such a stressful time is always a bonus. As first home buyers, he made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, kept us updated every step of the way and celebrated the milestones with us. We’re now just days away from settlement, which still doesn’t feel real! Also just want to include a big thank you to Sue for her help and support throughout the process!
