I've been working with Fabio and the team for several years now and will never use anyone else. They've handled over a dozen or more application for me, from new purchases to refinances, and nothing has ever been too hard for them. They make it so simple (pardon the pun) that it actually encourages me to go out and look for more opportunities, because I'm not worried in the background about the painful process of obtaining finance. Their communication is second to none, always keeping me up to date and being proactive in terms of what documents may be required, what barriers we may encounter etc... They also take a holistic approach to my relationship with them as a client, constantly looking after my best interests, seeking the best possible rate from my current lenders etc. I'd always done my onw lending directly with banks as I didn't understand where the added value of using a broker may have been.... since working with Fabio and the team at Simplify...
