In addition to this, they were proactive with running analyses on what my borrowing capacity would be for another property purchase, even though the intention was only a refinance. As a first home buyer, this is a bit of scary process but Kylie was very patient in explaining everything to me to help me understand what was required and was always eager to help. My only feedback is that when were seeking formal approval once we found a place, it took a while to get clarity on the final mortgage number and understand our position once settlement had completed. I think the team could improve in this area. The settlement experience as a whole was managed very smoothly by Jeremi who always communicated very well, which allowed us to easily meet the contract deadline. I would definitely recommend Fabio and his team to other buyers.
