Faraz recently helped me with refinancing my property that I live in. I purchased this property mid last year and since the interest rate increased significantly. I needed some equity to renovate the property as it is an old property. With the increasing interest rate and downturning property priced market, we were not hoping to receive much equity. But Faraz helped me get enough fund to complete my renovation and I also paid off my HECS debt and credit card debts. Now I only have mortgage and no other debts for the first time in my life. I was reluctant to pay off all the small debts as I thought I can just slowly pay them off. But Faraz educated me and my husband about what is good and bad debt, which one will leave us better off.
