Geoff was very patient during the loan process as there were issues with correct legal names. Always called when he said he would. Explained everything in a clear way so we could understand. Very easy to communicate with.
Geoff went above and beyond to help get me out of a bad situation I got into with another broker. Geoff is very proactive and took no time in sorting my refinance, equity lease and pre approval. All this took less than 2 weeks and my other broker took more than 5 months and still couldn't get it right.
