I couldn’t recommend Geoff highly enough. I recently worked with him on a fairly complex refinance and equity release across my property portfolio, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Geoff was knowledgeable, proactive and persistent throughout the whole process. With a larger property portfolio, finance and servicing can become complicated very quickly, but Geoff understood exactly what we were trying to achieve and worked through the different lending options to find a solution that ultimately resulted in a successful and substantial equity release. Communication was excellent throughout. Geoff kept me updated, responded quickly whenever I had questions and genuinely worked hard to get the deal across the line. Most importantly, he delivered the result. Having access to this equity gives me considerably more flexibility to continue growing my property portfolio and pursue future opportunities.
