Rachael from Argentium Finances is just amazing!! I think the most important characteristic is trust.. and I fully trust in her capabilities and advice.. Rachael (and Jane) searched for the best deal for the refinancing of my mortgage (which was quite complex), provided various scenarios and made recommendations which I went with all the way. This is the second time I have used Argentium Finances to sort out my mortgage arrangements.. and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Rachael and Jane for the outstanding service.

Rachael is a knowledgeable, patient and persistent broker. She explains the complex process in simple terms, and is very patient in making sure you understand what’s going on. She is also persistent in finding an option to best suit your need.

Rachael and Jane were awesome. My application was not straightforward and they just didn’t give up, persevering at all times to get the result I wanted. They helped me at every step of the way with excellent communication at all times. I highly recommend.

Rachel was referred to me. Our first interaction showed how knowledgeable and friendly Rachel 's professional advice was. She took my individual circumstances into consideration and offered options to meet my needs. Rachel's team kept me up to date on process and progress and when a hiccup was encountered Rachel offered sound advice to manoeuvre through it. I felt supported and informed through the whole application process and was able to secure the property I wanted with minimal fuss. Highest recommendation for Rachel and the team from Argentium.

Rachael is a superstar. I get nervous dealing with things like home loans as it is an area I do not understand well. But Rachael gives excellent advice. She is extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She is competent. She and her team recently assisted me when I wanted to purchase an investment property incredibly quickly. The right house appeared and Rachael was able to help me arrange all the necessary documents, make an offer, secure a loan and complete the paperwork, all within a fortnight. Her teams works hard. I have now had two positive experiences working with Rachael and her team, and I would not go to anyone else. They made no errors in the work they did, they always picked up the phone and were available to talk when I had questions, and they were great at explaining concepts to me in a way my non-finance brain could understand. I highly recommend them as safe hands for your big decisions :).

I was recommended to see Rachel by numerous friends and family and I can see why! Expert advice and professionalism and AMAZING with keeping in contact and explaining everything to me in simple terms. Honestly made everything so much easier and I had so much trust in her and her team to do the best for me. Have and will continue to recommend her to others. Thankyou!!!

I recently used Argentium Finance to refinance my mortgage. The whole experience was made much easier due to the services provided by Rachael and her assistant Jane. Jane contacted my bank a number of times to request a better rate and when they wouldn't come to the party, Rachael guided me through the options and mafe recommendations about the best products for me. Both Rachael and Jane then held my hand throughout the process and kept me informed each step of the way. Jane responded to my many many questions quickly and professionally. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who cares about your personal circumstances and partners with you through the process then give Argentium Finance a call. Highly recommend!

Rachel and her team of extraordinary women have been by my side at every major life change over the past four years. I look forward to going along the journey with them by my side in future.

We had a great experience with Rachael (AGAIN!) she did it again...very happy with the rate and completeness of the service - thank you Rachael.

Rachael helped us greatly with our recent refinance and construction loan for our renovation project. Her understanding of the mortgage market and ability to help navigate the banks was essential as we tried to get a non-standard building contract through the banks. When the first lender was unwilling to help, Rachael worked a number of options to get a good bank over the line and with a good rate. Rachael and the team are easy to work with and helpful with making sure you know what needs to be provided to get everything done.

Rachel was amazing. She went above and beyond to help find the best loan. She is responsive, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to understand and respond to my needs when I was having a rough time. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the support Rachel and her team provided.

Entire process was conducted very professional, smooth and very transparent, helping us to get our first home without any hiccups. She got the best deal for us from all the lenders, including the features we needed from the lender. She even recommended us an excellent conveyor, who got us through all the paperwork without any glitch, even recommending us to add some clauses we weren't aware of. Overall, I would gladly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a broker. Thank you, Rachael!
