Diana was so great in helping us purchase our first home. As it was our first property purchase, the process was quite daunting at times, Di made us feel welcome to ask questions (and we had a lot of them!) and confident in our decisions. She's a great communicator and explains things very clearly. She also compared multiple lenders to make sure we got the best rate, and worked efficiently to help us meet our settlement deadline without any added stress. Diana helped me get in to my home in 2023. There were a few obstacles for my situation at the time but Diana was able to navigate through them and still secure me a home loan. 3 years on, my property went up in value and so I contacted Diana with my plan to remortgage and invest.
