I have had the pleasure of working with Diana for over 15 years and through multiple refinancing processes, and the service has always been exceptional. Diana and Michelle at Loanport consistently provide professional, knowledgeable, and personalised support that takes the worry and stress out of what can often be a complex financing process. Their communication is outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring I always understand my options and where things are up to. What stands out most is their genuine care for their clients and their commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. After more than 15 years of amazing service, I would not hesitate to recommend Diana, Michelle, and the Loanport team to anyone seeking reliable and expert mortgage and refinancing advice.

My refinance was not your typical refinance and Diana and her team helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier

Diana and Michelle have been amazing in my journey buying a new home. They were there holding my hand every step of the way guiding me and giving me the most information so I can make the best decisions for myself. My next home I’ll be contracting them to be my broker again. Thankyou Dianna and Michelle for helping me along this journey!!

Diana made sure to understand our personal circumstances really well, before finding the best deal for us. She showed strong market knowledge. It felt like we had a real advocate supporting our journey.

This is now the second time we have used Diana and we would never use anyone else. Her knowledge is incredible and has helped us make the right choice in what we were looking to achieve. She was such a great communicator and was updating us at each stage of progress. Her team also are so helpful and we thank you all so much for all you have done for us.

Very responsive, we have used Diana on multiple occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Having so many questions and being nervous about my first investment property, Di and her team were just amazing. They took care of everything promptly and kept me up to date with the process. The ladies were super friendly and very easy to deal with. I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. Such wonderful service

We’ve used Diana and her team a few times now and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They are always so helpful, professional and easy to deal with. They make the whole process feel simple and stress-free, and we always feel like we’re in great hands!

Diana was so great in helping us purchase our first home. As it was our first property purchase, the process was quite daunting at times, Di made us feel welcome to ask questions (and we had a lot of them!) and confident in our decisions. She's a great communicator and explains things very clearly. She also compared multiple lenders to make sure we got the best rate, and worked efficiently to help us meet our settlement deadline without any added stress. She's a fantastic negotiator too, and we got so many compliments from others, including our agent and conveyancer, about how lovely Di is to work with and how she made the process enjoyable for everyone involved. I recommend Diana to all of my friends and family, and will definitely be working with her again in the future.

Diana helped me get in to my home in 2023. There were a few obstacles for my situation at the time but Diana was able to navigate through them and still secure me a home loan. 3 years on, my property went up in value and so I contacted Diana with my plan to remortgage and invest. Again my particular situation had a few hurdles (different ones this time) and she still managed to hit the ball out of the park. Thank you so much Diana! You're amazing!
