Katrina, Kara and Grace were all extremely friendly and made our journey from Renters to Homeowners very easy. They were happy to help with many questions along the way, big and small, and always kept us informed. They helped to give us options that we would never have found on our own. This helped to give us a full picture of the options available to us and we feel that we got the best deal that suited us. We could always tell they were genuinely happy for us with each step of the journey we ticked off. If we had to buy a home again tomorrow we wouldn't hesitate to engage with them again. We have used Kate at least 4-5 times and she has also been great! Options are laid out very clearly and any questions are answered swiftly. The banks have made the lending process much more thorough then it ever was, and Kate and her team are extremely patient through the frustration from the customer's side. Special mention to Grace for holding our hand, chasing us and pushing us through the process. We got there in the end! Also who doesn't love an all women team!
