Katrina Parrington recently helped me secure a property. I found my agent thorough and patient with all my questions. Kara and Grace were both very professional and quick in answering queries. Using a broker online, I believe, was more convenient than over the phone/zoom as they were able to quickly answer my many questions. Very happy, thank you!

I cannot fault these guys. Always a phone call away and always ready to help. Highly recommend them.

The experience was exceptional. The professional advice and hands on involvement was above and beyond. I have purchased property previously and I never received service at this level before. I would recommend 100%.

Our recent move from the NT and our new house purchase in SA was made so much easier by the fantastic service and advice we received from Katrina and staff at Parrington Finance. They got us a great finance deal, we’re very easy to deal with and had superb attention to detail. It was a very smooth and easy application process. I highly recommend Katrina and her team to provide a great home finance solution.

Grace and the team are very helpful and support us through refinancing experience. Quick and simple! Highly recommend!

I cannot rate the service high enough, Katrina Kara and Grace provided. Every question was answered even if we did feel silly! Service was amazing, everything was explained and taken care of. We are now in our first home thanks to the Parrington Team. Thank you, we will be in touch for our next property!

After Kara helped us to buy our first home in August 2021, there was never any doubt that we would go back for her expertise and guidance for refinancing our loan at the end of 2022. Again Kara was was so friendly and approachable, but also incredibly efficient and thorough - she made applying for our refinancing loan a breeze! She also took the time to explain all the different facets of the new loan to us, such as the rate types and changes, how to use an offset account etc. Thank you Kara! We look forward to working with you on all our future loan decisions.

I have used Katrina Parrington for all of our mortgage needs for the last ten years. We have always found that we have received to best deals and every one of our requests have been provided by Katrina and her team. Honesty and Integrity are at the forefront of all services provided by this team. If you are looking for a great team who care about their customers and your sick of being dealt with like you are a number. These are the people you should work with.

Having had Katrina and team recommended to me by a friend, I reached out and within a few hours I was having a telephone call with Katrina and explaining mine and my partners circumstances and what we were looking for. Katrina listened to what we wanted/needed and then gave us advice based on this. Her advice was straight to the point, which I liked, and set us on our way to getting a homeloan for our first purchase in Australia. Katrina and her team got to work and communicated what she needed from us. He communication was clear and concise and meant we knew exactly what we needed to do. We sent through all the relevant documentation and then quite quickly we received a number of options for us to decide. Katrina and team were always on hand to answer any questions, even the obscure ones and would respond by email quickly. If anything further was needed we would get a text to prompt us that we needed to do something which was great. We had a figure to work towards and then set out looking for a property. Katrina and team would check in with us to see how things were going on a regular basis and ask us if we needed any further help and assistance. The time came when we found a house, put in an offer and it was accepted. I called Katrina to let her the news and she was equally as excited as we were at the fact we had found a house which gave me a sense of I wasn't just another customer. Katrina explained the next steps and communicated with us over the next couple of days for updated information for the bank. We then got our offer approved for the home loan and again this was communicated promptly and all forms signed and sent back. Katrina then kept in touch with is to ensure that everything from our end was progressing and that there would he no delays whilst also communicating with the conveyancer to ensure smooth process on settlement day. Settlement day came and went without any issues and we are now settled in our new home.
