His explanation of the processes involved to secure the loan was thorough, trasparent and and easy to understand. Things that you don't get just by researching the internet. He is well versed on the different lending practices of different banks and although not without any challenges, worked out what was best for our particular situation and not just go with the popular ones. Especially during this time of rising inflation and rate changes, he made sure that we knew and understood about needed surplus funds so it didn't come as a surprise come settlement day. His friendly but professional personality made it easy to ask any questions pertaining to all processes of securing a loan. (no sich thing as a silly question, every question is a valid one) Him and his team are very reliable and prompt with replying to correspondence. Faraz was keeping himself very well aware of all the upcoming changes in the financial industry and clearly outlined what kind of finances I will need to have for a hiccup free settlement. This included, depending on the property market and interest rate at that time, either a potential of having some or all of the additional property related expenses being absorbed in the total loan amount, or, the extra funds that may be needed to cover any shortfall, depending on which way the financial market swings by the date the settlement takes place. In other words the settlement was an absolute worry free experience and my only involvement was to answer the call and listen to the congratulatory confirmation from the solicitor and read the same in message format from the bank. Faraz is very keen to keep the partnership continuing for the life of the loan and will conduct rate and product reviews in due course to ensure that financial needs are still being met and current. If my financial situation or needs have changed in that point of time then Faraz has willingly offered to go back to the drawing board and find a financial product that best suits my financial needs. In summary, even if there is a need to shop around for another financial product, there is no need to shop around for another Finance Specialist. Faraz is my locked-in choice for Finance Specialist.
